has a full-sized 3ft set of bunk beds. Ideal for the kids or extra sleeping capacity if you're staying as a larger group.

beautifully fitted large family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Comprises large bath, wc, built-in wash hand basin and vanity unit.

Landing

large built-in double cupboard. Spare linen and towels are available from here. Illuminated staircase leading downstairs.

The house benefits from modern double glazed units which have a locked-open setting allowing for the airing of rooms whilst maintaining security. Easy to operate oil-fired central heating is provided with radiators to each room (the boiler is an externally positioned unit to minimise any noise/vibrations).
